  23. The scare is once you commit to the expense of modem, connection, ect.
  24. they can set the price increases. Understand that Pac Bell is
  25. considering a 3X increase. Could be in the $100's per month? I am
  26. going to wait, my server will start offering this month, BUT I am
  27. going to drag my wallet for awhile! New bill just passed in Congress
  28. COULD get some competition, I hope so!
